Join Pastor Fred as he brings to us a message entitled “Seeking God’s Blessings — A Generation of Generosity” based on Psalm 145 and celebrating all the blessings God has brought forth in our lives. It is not just a title for a sermon, or a slogan, it is a proclamation of what we as Americans and as people of faith have experienced. Think about your own life—think of the blessings you have seen—think about the comfort in which we really live in. And come and help us praise and give honor and glory to God as we approach this Thanksgiving season.

Sedona United Methodist Church will present their annual Holiday Boutique on Saturday, November 14th from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00p.m. in the church’s Fellowship Hall. It’s a wonderful place to find handcrafted gift items for all your family and friends. There will be many of Sedona’s finest artists and crafters. There will be door prizes and a $5 hamburger lunch starting at 11:30am. The proceeds from the sale will benefit the Outreach Ministries at the church. Don’t forget Family Movie Night will be held on Friday, November 20th at 6:30p.m. This event continues to grow. Come early to get the good seats. On Sunday, November 22nd, the church will have a “Pre-Thanksgiving Feast.” Come for worship and stay for a big lunch. It will be a time of giving thanks to God for all our blessings. The church will provide the turkeys and members of the congregation will bring the rest of the Thanksgiving fixings. You are still welcome to join the choir if you want to sing for our cantata but come soon as the beautiful music is starting to take shape! Call Norm LaDuke at 284-0155 if you are interested or just join us upstairs on Thursdays at 6:30.
