Sedona United Methodist Church’s Vision Statement is “To Share the Happiness that is Christianity for all People.”  Sharing God can make some people uncomfortable, perhaps because they are less sturdy in their own faith than they’d like to be, but God takes care of the details when you invite someone to church.  Pastor Fred Mast will share his thoughts and prayers during worship at 9:30 on Sunday, August 2nd.  Please join us as we think about shouting the Good News from the mountaintops.

No Sunday School for kids during the summer but childcare is available every week for those under 5.  For older kids, there are packets in the pews full of quiet puzzles and games to keep all busy and happy.  Monday night at 6:30 continues to be a very popular bible study.  Please join in the fun and discussion!  Holy Spirit Bible study on Saturdays at 10 will resume in the fall.  Contact Jan Shuman at 203-0586 if you are among the interested and vocal to get the adult Sunday morning bible study up and running soon.

Sedona United Methodist Church is located at 110 Indian Cliffs Road, off the Back O’Beyond rotary on Route 179, in Sedona and worship starts at 9:30 each Sunday in the sanctuary.  Childcare available.  Visit our website www.sedonaumc.org or call 928-282-1780 for more information on worship, to hear past services, for missions, Bible study (we have many groups tailored to the way you like to learn), Sunday School (follows school year), youth events, and any of the many activities of our church.  If you need a ride to church, call us!  We have people in your area very happy to give you a ride.
