DSC_0916.JPGThe United Methodist Church has been on the cutting edge of raising funds for Imagine No Malaria.  We are responding to the outbreak of deadly Ebola in West Africa.  UMCOR (our world-wide outreach program) has spent time this year helping victims of hurricanes, tornadoes, and floods.  We work locally and globally in order to help those who need it most, regardless or religious affiliation, political bent, or any other judgment at all.  100% of the monies donated to UMCOR go to direct need.  The church funds the administration costs so that all donations are used where needed most.  Where are you likely to find a place to help?  Will it be sending money to a valuable organization like UMCOR?  Will it be lending a hand at the food back?  Will you simply stop to help a crying, lost child?  How to you figure out where and how to help?  What does God ask of you and do you ignore his request?  On October 26th, join our congregation led by Rev. Jimelvia Martin to figure out where you are needed.
