On August 10, Reverend Jimelvia Martin continues her sermon series by discussing the differences between the “old” Repent! and the “new” Repent! Fire and Brimstone sermons are mostly a thing of the past but that doesn’t mean that faith communities encourage sinning–quite the contrary. The good part is that our churches need sinners–without them we’d have a very empty building on Sundays! He died to save a poor sinner like you and like me. Where do we go from here?
