All are invited, welcomed, and encouraged to come to this year’s Thanksgiving Interfaith Prayer Service on Tuesday November 20th beginning at 7:00pm, hosted at the Sedona United Methodist Church located at 110 Indian Cliffs Road, off State Route 179 at the Back O’Beyond Traffic Circle.

We have so much for which we give God thanks and to be grateful for. The Verde Valley Community is invited to join in this gathering of thanksgiving as a community of many faiths. The Annual Thanksgiving Interfaith Prayer Service has been referred to by many in the community as “one of the most powerful and important gatherings of worship of the year”, and especially in light of recent tragic events this year.

There will be an interfaith choir and interfaith hand bell choir, and many of the local area faith leaders will share a focus on this year’s theme which is “Compassion”. For those interested in participating in the choir, a rehearsal will be held on Monday, November 19th at 6:00pm at Sedona UMC.

A time of fellowship will be held right after the service featuring pumpkin pie, coffee and cider will be served following the service. Come and make some new friends!
