BEGINNING HANDBELL WORKSHOPS!
Can I Ring Handbells?
Yes you can! And much easier than you think. Even if you don’t have musical experience you will be reading music after just two beginning workshop sessions. The best part is that it is absolutely free. No instrument to rent or purchase. No lessons to pay for. And no daily practicing like you may have had learning a band instrument in school.
You are invited to attend two workshops and then prayerfully consider if this ministry of praising our Lord with music is right for you.
These Handbell Workshops will be on Thursdays, August 23 and 30, from 5:00 to 6:15 pm. Please call the church office at 928-282-1780 if you have any questions. All ages are welcome! My goal is to be able to use all of the handbells to enhance the worship experience at SUMC.
Many thanks go to our SUMC Bell Rock Ringers for their hard work this past year. Sometimes our ringers are few in numbers, but we enjoy praising our Lord with music.
