If you have missed the Averills in the pulpit of Sedona United Methodist Church, you will have to wait no longer. Revs. Phyllis and Arland Averill’s son-in-law, Rev. Michael Eaton will preach this week, joined by Arland as liturgist. Rev. Eaton is the pastor at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Globe, Arizona. We are hoping to have Phyllis in the audience as our congregation and community continue to surround her with prayer as she battles brain cancer. Join us at 9:30 on Sunday June 28 for the continuation of our summer guest pastor series complete with special music by Ken Trout.
Dr. Lily Chou’s CD of her live Mother’s Day Concert “Love” will be available for purchase. Each CD is $20 and all of the proceeds go to the church.
